A stage (6) for use in leveling measurements of wet or damp surfaces (2), such as wet concrete. The stage (6) is usually used with a leveling instrument (3). The stage (3) is special in that it comprises a level indicator intended for mounting or installation in the stage (6). The level indicator detects the position of the lower end of the stage (6) with respect to the surface (2) of a wet material and comprises: at least two electrodes (7) for mounting at the lower end of the stage, which electrodes (7) are adapted to short-circuit upon contact with it. a wet or damp surface (2), and a signal unit (9) for an acoustic or visual signal when short-circuiting the electrodes (7). The electrodes (7) protrude at the lower end of the stage (6) with longitudinal orientation of the stage. This provides an indication of when the stage (6) is placed precisely in the surface without the stage (6) sinking into the wet surface (2). 专利说明:
Field of Use for Level Measurements Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a stage for leveling measurements of wet or damp surfaces by means of leveling instrument and stage. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION When casting floors, for example, it is important that the floor is level. The level differences on a newly cast floor should preferably be down to ± 5 mm or less, in order for the floor to be considered completely flat. For this, various leveling devices are known for measuring the level of the floor and other surfaces. The general construction of a leveling meter consists of a leveling instrument and a stage. The stage is placed vertically on a surface, and the leveling instrument then measures the relative height of the stage. The leveling instrument may be, for example, a rotational laser, a line laser, or a pulse laser. The relative height measurement is done, for example, by the leveling instrument emitting a horizontal laser plane that can be read on the scale or alternatively a laser signal reflected back from the scale to the altimeter. Usually it is the relative height that is measured, that is the deviation in relation to a standard measurement, for example in relation to the first measurement. The existing receiver usually displays the current height in millimeters or with arrow indication. Both devices give acoustic signal when the right height is hit. For hard surfaces, this works fine. However, in cases where the surface is not hard but soft, such as wet concrete, the stage must be placed precisely on the surface without sinking into the wet concrete. The wet concrete is measured to ensure that the floor is cast flat so that the floor does not need to be aligned after casting. The placement of the stage in the wet concrete is difficult as the stage must be placed precisely in the surface, without sinking into the surface and without being above the surface. Placing the wet concrete stage is a task that requires long training time and very dexterity, but can still result in uncertain measurements. When the measurements become uncertain, one will not be sure that the floor is flat and if the floor is not cast flat, it must subsequently be corrected, which is an expensive process. A further disadvantage is that the stage comes into contact with the wet concrete, whereby some concrete will settle on the end of the scale. It is important to have all the concrete removed from the stage between measurements since otherwise an incorrect height is obtained. This is cumbersome and time consuming, and if not all concrete is removed, subsequent measurements will not be accurate. The object of the invention It is the object of the present invention to provide a stage that addresses these disadvantages. It is a further object to provide a stage suitable for wet concrete leveling measurements. It is a further object to provide a stage suitable for use with any leveling instrument. Description of the Invention This object is achieved in accordance with the present invention with a stage comprising a level indicator intended for mounting or incorporation in the stage for recording the position of the lower end of the stage relative to the surface. The level indicator comprises at least two electrodes for mounting at the lower end of the stage, which electrodes are designed to short-circuit upon contact with the wet or damp surface, and a signal unit for an acoustic or visual signal when short-circuiting the electrodes. The electrodes are protruding at the lower end of the scale with longitudinal orientation. This provides an indication of when the stage is placed precisely in the surface and this helps to ensure accurate measurements. The height reading is made precisely when the 2 electrodes hit the wet concrete for the most accurate measurement of whether there is too much or too little concrete. The stage can be used by an unskilled / inexperienced person without it going beyond the precision of the stage positioning and the accuracy of the reading. The same object is achieved by a method according to the present invention which is special in that the lower end of the stage is placed against a surface of a wet or damp material, such as wet concrete, so that the electrodes contact the surface of the wet or damp material, which results in a short-circuiting the electrodes, and that the short-circuit triggers a signal to indicate that the stage is properly positioned relative to the surface of the wet or damp material. The level indicator preferably comprises replaceable electrodes. In this way, the electrodes can be changed and cleaned if there is too much concrete or other dirt on the electrodes. Furthermore, it is easier to clean a single electrode than to clean the end of a long stage. The level indicator comprises electrodes which are preferably narrow and pointed, e.g. needle-shaped. By having narrow and pointed electrodes, they will easily slip into the wet concrete. In addition, the hole after the electrodes is not large. Likewise, the amount of concrete that can be stuck to the electrodes will be minimal, whereby the hole in the floor will be as small as possible and less concrete must be removed from the electrodes subsequently. The electrodes preferably have a length of 2-4 cm. This results in a quick error message if the electrodes are covered with concrete. The level indicator comprises electrodes which are preferably retrofitted to the stage. This ensures that the level indicator can be mounted at an already existing stage, which can be used both for wet concrete measurements and for hard surfaces where no electrodes are needed. It is also cheaper as there is no need to invest in a whole new stage, but it is possible to reuse the already existing stage. The electrodes are preferably mounted in an insulating material which is mounted on the stage. The level indicator alternatively comprises electrodes which are preferably built into the stage. This results in a stage with a level indicator that fills no more than an ordinary stage. Retrofits are more vulnerable and therefore the electrodes are less likely to fall off. When retrofitted, the electrodes may be retrofitted at the wrong height, this is avoided by incorporating the electrodes in the stage, thus ensuring the correct positioning of the electrodes and thus more accurate measurements. The level indicator signal unit is preferably a separate unit. By preferably the level indicator signal unit being a separate unit, flexibility is obtained for the user, since the signal unit can be placed where it is convenient for the user. In addition, it is an affordable solution that does not require extra adjustment of the leveling device. Alternatively, the level indicator signal unit is built into the stage. This provides a signal unit that is easy to use for the user. It is not lost or forgotten as it is built into the stage, but is always the right place. Furthermore, it does not take up extra space and is therefore easy to carry. Alternatively, the level indicator signal unit is built into the leveling instrument. This provides a signal unit that is easy to use for the user. It is not lost or forgotten as it is built into the leveling instrument, but is always the right place. Furthermore, it does not take up extra space and is therefore easy to carry. It is also an advantage that the signal is registered with the leveling instrument, as this is where the measurement must be made. The leveling instrument can thus monitor when the stage is placed correctly at the surface. The level indicator preferably has several signal units. This provides flexibility when leveling measurements are made. Preferably, for two signal units, for example, one at the scale and one at the altimeter, both the person placing the stage and the person operating the leveling instrument will simultaneously know when the stick is positioned correctly. This avoids shouting back and forth between the persons and the measurement can be made as soon as the log is properly placed, resulting in faster measurements. Preferably, the signal on the level indicator is either acoustic and / or visual. This ensures that the signal can be adapted for practical use. If measured in a noisy environment, it is convenient to have a visual signal, similarly, acoustic signals may be more convenient in environments with very visual noise. An acoustic signal is preferably an acoustic alarm that emits a sound when the electrodes are shorted. A visual signal is preferably a visual alarm, such as a diode, which is lit when the electrodes are short-circuited. Alternatively, a visual signal may be a gauge strike which, with a gauge strike, shows when the electrodes are shorted. Alternatively, a visual signal may also be a signal on the leveler screen. The signal from the leveling indicator is preferably activated as long as the electrodes are short-circuited and the signal is stopped only when the electrodes are no longer in contact with the wet or damp surface. Alternatively, the signal is active for a predetermined period of time after the electrodes are shorted. Alternatively, the signal is active until the user interrupts the signal. Character description The invention will be described in the following with reference to the drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a prior art leveling apparatus, FIG. 2 shows a sketch of a stage with a level indicator retrofitted, FIG. 3 shows a sketch of a stage with electrodes built into the stage, and FIG. 4 shows a principle sketch of a simple circuit for the electrodes. Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 shows an example of a leveling measuring apparatus 1 as it is used and is sold today for level measurements of a surface 2. The leveling apparatus consists of a leveling instrument 3, such as a rotary laser, line laser or a pulse laser. The leveling instrument is located on a tripod 4 and the leveling instrument is arranged for self-leveling so that the emitted light is horizontal. The leveling instrument emits a laser light 5, for example a plane, a partial plane or a line. The laser light is directed to a stage 6 located on the level 2 to be leveled. For example, the level measurement itself can be read directly at the stage, or the stage may include a reflector that reflects the laser light back to the leveling instrument. For leveling, the stage is placed in different places on the surface and all measurements must show the same height within ± 2mm, ± 5mm or ± 8mm for the surface to be flat. As long as the surface 2 is hard, the stage 6 is placed on the surface and gives an accurate measurement. However, if the surface is not hard but consists of, for example, wet concrete or mud, the stage 6 will sink into the surface, resulting in an imprecise measurement. Figure 2 shows a stage according to the invention. At the lower end of the stage are mounted two electrodes 7. The electrodes are mounted in an insulating material 8. The electrodes are positioned so that they short-circuit when they come into contact with the surface 2. At the upper end of the stage is a signal unit 9. The signal unit emits an acoustic and / or visual signal when the electrodes are shorted. The short circuit occurs when the stage 6 is located on the surface 2, thereby emitting a signal such that it is possible to place and hold the stage precisely on the surface, without either the stage sinking into the surface or keeping the stage above the surface. Figure 3 shows how the electrodes 7 can be built into the lower end of the stage 6. Thus, the electrodes are in extension of the stage. Figure 4 shows a simple circuit for the leveling indicator. It consists of a power supply 10, such as a battery. The power supply 10 is connected to the signal unit 9 and to the electrodes 7. The electrodes 7 act as a contact, as long as there is no contact with the surface 2, no current flows. However, upon contact with wet material, such as wet concrete, the electrodes 7 short-circuit and thus current flows in the circuit and the signal unit 9 is activated. Figure 4 shows the simplest structure, but any other circuit structure can also be used for the invention. 1. Leveling meter 2. Surface 3. Leveling instrument 4. Tripod 5. Laser light 6. Stage 7.
